The “HOG” Association, as the recipient of your donation, has ensured a secure transaction method on the website through the service provider All Secure. The “HOG” Association does not process or store your data; this is handled by the contracted service provider, All Secure. All Secure makes every effort to protect your privacy while you are “online” as a user. Your personal information is stored securely and confidentially and is processed lawfully in accordance with this Privacy Policy. They implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect against unauthorized and unlawful access and processing of your personal data, including encryption of your information. They will retain your information for as long as necessary to process your account, payment, refund, respond to a complaint, or provide you with promotional information you have subscribed to.

General Terms of Service and Donation Confirmation
Donation transactions made through our website and the Contribute/Donate page are carried out as part of the registered activities of the Animal Protection Association “HOG,” located at Andrije Jevremovića 450, registration number 28346778.
After completing your donation, you will be notified about the status of your donation in the transaction finalization window.
Payment methods
Donations on our website can be made using one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or Dina, which support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. and Banca Intesa and are conducted securely and certified through the AllSecure Payment Gateway, by simply entering your payment card details.
Data protection during payment
When entering payment card details, sensitive information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, employing state-of-the-art methods for tokenizing sensitive data, and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. At no point are payment card details accessible to the “HOG” Association.
3D Secure Protection for All Organizations and Donors
The AllSecure Payment Gateway employs the highest global standards for data security and privacy. All merchants (in this case, the Association) using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically enrolled in 3D-Secure protection, ensuring the safety of donations for donors. Donor payment card numbers are not stored in the Association’s system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL encryption.
PCI DSS Standards
The AllSecure Payment Gateway is consistently aligned with all card organization requirements to enhance the security of both the Association and its donors. Since 2005, the system has been continuously certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, representing the highest industry standard. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) outlines the necessary security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder information throughout the entire payment process: from the moment the data is entered on the Association’s donation page, during communication between the Association, relevant banks, and card organizations, and during the subsequent storage of this data.
Refunds
Refund Policy
In the event of a refund to a donor who has previously made a payment using a payment card, either partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund will be processed exclusively through the same VISA, Maestro, MasterCard, AMEX or Dina used for the original payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, process the refund to the cardholder’s account.
Statement on Payment Conversion (SRB - Banca Intesa)
„Sva plaćanja biće izvršena u lokalnoj valuti Republike Srbije – dinar (RSD).Za informativni prikaz donacije u drugim valutama koristi se srednji kurs Narodne Banke Srbije. Iznos za koji će biti zadužena Vaša platna kartica biće izražen u Vašoj lokalnoj valuti kroz konverziju u istu po kursu koji koriste kartičarske organizacije, a koji nama u trenutku transakcije ne može biti poznat. Kao rezultat ove konverzije postoji mogućnost neznatne razlike od originalne donacije navedene na našem sajtu."
"All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the donation in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original donation stated in our web site"
Complaint Procedure (Donation Cancellation)
If you wish to initiate a complaint process or cancel your donation, please contact us at udruzenje.hog@gmail.com so we can provide you with a refund request form. Please ensure that cancellation of your donation is completed within 24 hours, as after this period, the donation may be utilized, making it impossible for us to process the cancellation and refund your funds.
